Q: What are the differences between the pricing plans?
A: We offer two pricing plans to fit your business’ needs! Our Standard Plan is a great option for businesses may need multiple locations and the ability to set up varying levels of admin access. Our Standard Plan includes support, the ability to download and share photos, and access to real time metrics. Not sure where to start? Check out our Trial Plan for free and get a feel for how your brand will use the system. You can upgrade to our Standard plan at any time.
Q: What social media sites are included for sharing?
A: PT QuickPics allows for social sharing on Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest, offering seamless brand awareness opportunities for your company on some of the most popular social networks.
Q: How long are photos stored?
A: Photos are stored for 30 to 180 days, depending on the plan you choose. If you would like photos stored for the longest time possible, we suggest using our Enterprise plan.
Q: Can I switch plans if I need to?
A: Yes! You can switch plans at any time to ensure you are meeting the current needs of your business.
Q: What if I need help getting set up?
A: All of our plans, including our Trial Plan, include access to online support. If you need a little something more, check out our Enterprise Plan. It includes online support, as well as access to email support and photo support during your set up process.
